INVESTING IN RESILIENCE Project Portfolio 2024

The Global Resilience Partnership (GRP) has invested over US$45 million in resilience innovations across the Global South, supporting 7 million people. • Farm to Feed operates a tech-enabled marketplace in Kenya to reduce food loss by selling imperfect produce, generating over US$42,000 in monthly revenue and utilizing a carbon credit scheme launched by Verra.
• The CAFAESUP project by FSPN Africa uses AI and machine learning to quantify carbon sequestration for smallholder farmers in Kenya and Tanzania, aiming to cover 400,000 acres and sequester up to 1 million metric tonnes of carbon.
• The Roof Over Our Heads (ROOH) campaign focuses on climate-resilient, low-carbon housing for informal settlements, having established learning labs across 17 settlements in nine Indian cities.
• The Mahila Housing Trust (MHT) develops Heat Action Plans (HAPs) and Heat Risk Assessments for small and medium-sized cities in India, Bangladesh, and Nepal, having served 4 million individuals.
• Centro Sabiá in Brazil's semi-arid region implements women-led technology that repurposes 50,000 litres of greywater annually per system for agroforestry, with over 10,000 adaptation technologies implemented.
