FINANCIAL SECTOR DEEPENING AFRICA PREQUALIFICATION AND REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR SUPPLY/PROVISION OF GOODS, SERVICES AND CONSULTANCIES FOR THE STRATEGIC PERIOD 2025-2030

FSD Africa has issued a pre-qualification call for suppliers and consultants for the 2025-2030 period. The process is open to eligible firms and individuals, with a focus on sustainable procurement and ESG best practices. Applicants must demonstrate at least four years of experience and financial capability. The deadline for submission is 08 May 2025.

• FSD Africa aims to pre-qualify suppliers across three main categories: Category A for the supply of goods (such as ICT hardware and office furniture), Category B for the provision of services (including communications, IT, operations, finance, and legal), and Category C for technical consultancy services.
• Technical consultancy requirements under Category C specifically include expertise in financial markets, such as carbon markets, renewable energy transition, waste management, agriculture, and the development of sustainable bonds frameworks and climate adaptation.
• The organization integrates sustainable procurement by prioritizing products and services with the lowest environmental and ethical impact and the most positive social results, encouraging suppliers to adopt ESG best practices.
• Eligible bidders must possess at least four years of experience in the supply of goods or services and provide letters of reference from past customers that are no older than four years.
• Applicants must provide a Capability Statement of no more than two pages describing their financial and economic capacity to perform the contract, alongside a commitment letter regarding financial capacity.
• The submission deadline for pre-qualification documents is 08 May 2025 at 12:00 PM (EAT), with all applications required to be submitted via an online form in PDF format.
