Making Indian cities climate smart

• Effective implementation of climate-smart urban development requires multi-stakeholder dialogues for action plans, the use of evidence to mobilise resources, access to climate finance for blue-green infrastructure, coordination between national and state actors, and project development support for local resource mobilisation.
