The ALivE tool guides users through a three-phase process: collecting data on livelihoods and ecosystems, analyzing risks and prioritizing EbA options, and integrating these options into policy and planning. It emphasizes a participatory approach, gender sensitivity, and adaptive management to ensure sustainable climate resilience.
