The role of faith-based organizations in tackling food loss and waste in Rwanda: A preliminary study

• Despite their reach, most FBOs in Rwanda lack formal programs to reduce food loss and waste, primarily due to limited knowledge, skills, and awareness. Other stakeholders, such as the private sector and government, cited a lack of investment capital, enabling food policy, and best practices as barriers.
