This report provides a framework for assessing financial risks related to energy security, water scarcity, and climate change within the commercial real estate sector of South and Southeast Asia, while highlighting the potential for net positive returns from green building investments.

• The report focuses its analysis on commercial office buildings in India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, with a specific emphasis on India due to its data availability and the scale of its real estate market.
