Climate Change Adaptation and the Least Developed Countries Fund (LDCF): Qualitative Insights from Policy Implementation in the Asia Pacific

The study assesses LDCF projects in five Asia-Pacific countries, finding that while they improve infrastructural, institutional, and community-based adaptive capacity, they are hindered by convoluted management and uncertainty. The author concludes that LDCF activities generally promote marginal rather than systematic transformations in climate adaptation.
