Measuring what matters: weADAPT

The study evaluated the weADAPT platform to address the common issues of information fragmentation and overabundance in online knowledge platforms. The results were used to upgrade the platform, update its theory of change, and create a tailored monitoring, evaluation, and learning framework with custom progress indicators.
