Perceptions of risk and limits to climate change adaptation: case studies of two Swedish urban regions

This case study examines climate change adaptation processes in Stockholm and Gothenburg, Sweden, using participatory research with public and private sector practitioners to identify risks, stakeholders, and barriers to implementation.
