100 DAYS REPORT

• The fourth edition of the 'Chilling Prospects' report, released on 5 May, identifies that 1.09 billion people are at high risk due to a lack of cooling, a number increased by COVID-19 pushing 50 million more people into poverty.
• In Nigeria, SEforALL provided geospatial data and a data platform to support the 'Solar Power Naija' project's goal of 5 million new solar connections, and developed an economic model to simulate the impact of localizing the solar value chain.
• SEforALL advised the government of Sierra Leone on identifying optimal tariff and subsidy structures for mini-grids to increase electricity access, as only 26 percent of the population currently has access.
• The first virtual SEforALL Youth Summit (9-11 February) engaged over 2,000 delegates from more than 120 countries, featuring a 'Troubleshooting for SDG7' innovation competition that received 133 proposals from 42 countries.
