Informe de la 24ª Reunión del SAC

The 24th SAC meeting, held in December 2006 in Cuernavaca, Mexico, focused on transitioning the IAI from individual projects to broader research programs. • The SAC established specific knowledge areas required for new committee members to ensure comprehensive coverage: meteorology and climatology, biodiversity and ecosystem services, urbanization and energy, and environment and economics.
• Based on a RIOCC country survey, the declared scientific priorities for the region include biodiversity, forestry, health, hydrology, and urbanization.
