This document is a Framework Cooperation Agreement signed in October 2024 between the Inter-American Institute for Global Change Research (IAI) and the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC/CEPAL). • The Framework Agreement does not create immediate financial commitments. • The agreement is valid for three years from the date of signing, with the possibility of modification or extension by written agreement. Either party may terminate the agreement early by providing at least 60 business days' written notice.
