Operationalizing the Private Sector Facility of the Green Climate Fund: Addressing Investor Risk

• To ensure efficiency and minimize risk, the PSF should utilize independent due diligence. Potential sources for this expertise include intermediaries, a dedicated panel of private sector experts, or a combination of both, rather than relying solely on the GCF Board or Investment Committee.
