This document is a Green Bond Fact Sheet from the Climate Bonds Initiative detailing a SEK 1bn (USD 106m) green bond issued by Fastighets AB Balder on June 5, 2019.

• Fastighets AB Balder issued a senior unsecured green bond on June 5, 2019, with a total amount of SEK 1bn (USD 106m) and a maturity date of June 5, 2024.
• The proceeds from the bond are designated for green and low carbon buildings, energy efficiency improvements, and renewable energy such as solar and geothermal. Energy efficiency projects must achieve a minimum improvement of 25%.
• Eligible buildings must meet specific certification levels, including LEED "Gold", BREEAM "Very Good", Miljöbyggnad "Silver", Nordic Swan Ecolabel, BREEAM In-Use "Very Good", or Nearly Zero-Energy Buildings (NZEBs). Furthermore, buildings must demonstrate at least 25% better energy efficiency than national building regulations.
