Case Study: Information Use in Nepal's National Adaptation Programme of Action

This case study examines the development of Nepal's National Adaptation Programme of Action (NAPA) in September 2010. It highlights how the Ministry of Environment identified urgent priorities despite significant data gaps and a turbulent political transition since 2008.
