矿产资源价值管理－从多维视角观察采矿业如何创造价值

The report presents the Mineral Value Management (MVM) tool, developed by the World Economic Forum's Responsible Minerals Development Initiative (RMDI). MVM uses seven dimensions—fiscal/legal, employment/skills, environment/biodiversity, social/cultural, procurement/supply chain, downstream industries, and infrastructure—to analyze how mining creates value. Based on a global survey of 300 stakeholders across 37 countries, the report finds that while there is broad consensus on the importance of these dimensions, priorities vary by economic development stage (factor-driven, efficiency-driven, or innovation-driven) and stakeholder group. It argues that sustainable mining requires moving beyond narrow financial metrics to a holistic value perspective and high-level collaboration, citing the Maputo Development Corridor and Chile's copper supply chain as successful examples of integrated infrastructure and local procurement.
