- The project's plan of action involves four main steps: developing an ecosystem benefits baseline using the Ramsar Rapid Assessment of Wetland Ecosystem Services (RAWES) in Hkamti Township; co-developing Community Action Plans (CAP) based on the Sustainable Livelihood Approach to Poverty Reduction; establishing wetland conservation zones using traditional knowledge and biodiversity data; and creating policy recommendations to upscale CAPs to a national level.
