Transpordi ja liikuvuse arengukava aastateks 2021-2030

• Potential social and human impacts to be evaluated include noise and vibration, local air pollution (specifically PM10 and PM2.5 particles), impacts on cultural heritage, and the effects of climate change such as storms, droughts, and flooding.
• The SEA process follows a strict timeline, with the program's public display occurring from February 20, 2020, to March 6, 2020, and the final SEA report's public display planned for mid-September to early October 2020.
