Acteurs du secteur des énergies renouvelables au Togo

• Academic and research institutions in Togo, such as the Université de Lomé (including its Faculty of Sciences and the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Ingénieurs), provide essential professional training in electrical and mechanical engineering to support the energy sector.
• Togo's energy transition is supported by a wide array of international partners providing technical and financial assistance. This includes diplomatic missions (France, Germany, USA, China), multilateral banks (World Bank, African Development Bank, BOAD, BIDC), and development agencies like GIZ and the EU Delegation.
• The financial landscape for renewable energy in Togo includes a mix of commercial banks, microfinance institutions, and investment holdings. These entities provide credit, guarantees, and investment services to SMEs and individuals to facilitate the adoption of renewable technologies.
