This document is an annex to the 'EAC Development Futures: Geographic Futures' report, providing administrative details regarding the authors, the African Futures & Innovation (AFI) program, and the open-access licensing terms for the research.

• The African Futures & Innovation (AFI) program, led by Dr Jakkie Cilliers at the Institute for Security Studies, utilizes scenarios and forecasting to help Africa address the gap in wellbeing indices compared to the rest of the world and to inform planning and resource allocation.
