The Toolkit for Social and Environmental Entrepreneurs

The Entrepreneur’s Toolkit is a collaborative online resource launched in 2008 to support small social and environmental enterprises globally. Utilizing a wiki platform, it allows entrepreneurs and experts to share information on business planning, funding, and impact measurement, as well as region-specific data on government support for small and medium-sized enterprises.

• Launched in 2008, the Entrepreneur’s Toolkit serves as a collaborative online meeting place to help small social and environmental enterprises improve their financial success, increase positive economic, social and environmental impacts, and manage relationships with partners and communities.
• The toolkit uses a wiki software platform to enable a peer-to-peer knowledge exchange where users can find general guidance on marketing, e-commerce, and raising money, alongside specific information on government support for small and medium-sized enterprises in regions such as the Far North and countries including Brazil, India, Canada, and South Africa.
