Reporting on Progress in National Adaptation Plan Processes

• Progress reporting supports the implementation of the Paris Agreement by helping countries meet international and national reporting requirements and advancing the Global Goal on Adaptation.
• Despite the necessity of tracking adaptation results, few countries currently report on NAP implementation. This gap is primarily caused by capacity constraints, limited resources, and a lack of clear guidance on reporting methodologies.
