Adaptive Policy Analysis of Saskatchewan's 25-Year Water Security Plan

The report applies the ADAPTool to Saskatchewan's 25-year Water Security Plan, finding that while the plan provides indirect support for adaptation, 133 of 198 adaptation actions lack direct program support.
