Peru's Roadmap to Develop and Operationalize Its Monitoring and Evaluation System for Adaptation

This briefing describes Peru's efforts to develop and operationalize a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system to track the progress and effectiveness of the 84 adaptation measures outlined in its 2021 national adaptation plan (NAP).

• Peru has established a roadmap for its national monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system for adaptation, which is structured into four phases and covers seven priority sectors: water, agriculture, fisheries and aquaculture, forest, health, tourism, and transport.
