The Executive Director of the Inter-American Institute for Global Change Research (IAI) has announced the availability of official documentation and registration for CoP-32 and CE-57 on the IAI website, in accordance with Article 17 of the Conference of the Parties Regulations.

• Official documents and registration for the 32nd meeting of the Conference of the Parties (CoP-32) and the 57th meeting of the Executive Board (CE-57), both held via videoconference, are accessible on the IAI website.
• According to Article 17 of the Regulations of the Conference of the Parties, documentation for a Conference of the Parties must include reports from the previous CoP and Pre-CoP/Post-CoP Executive Board meetings, the Executive Directorate's annual report, the proposed activity plan for the following year, and the budget approved by the Financial and Administrative Committee.
• The Executive Director is required to make the necessary documentation available to the Parties at least thirty days before the Conference.
