The Inter-American Institute for Global Change Research (IAI) is providing financial assistance for members of the Executive Council, the Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC), the Science and Policy Advisory Committee (SPAC), and national representatives from low- and middle-income Parties to attend the CE-55 and CoP-31 meetings in Panama City from June 20 to 22, 2023. Financial support covers airfare, meals, lodging, and per diems, and is funded by resources external to the IAI's operating and program budgets. Eligible participants must register and contact the IAI by April 30, 2023, for financial support, and submit accreditation credentials by May 20, 2023.

• The IAI is offering financial support for the participation of Executive Council members in the 55th meeting (CE-55) and one national representative from low- and middle-income Parties in the 31st Meeting of the Conference of the Parties (CoP-31).
• Financial assistance is also available for members of the Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) and the Science and Policy Advisory Committee (SPAC).
• The funding for these meetings is separate from and external to both the IAI's operating budget and its external program budget.
• Financial support includes airfare, meals, lodging, and per diems, with the IAI handling hotel reservations for those receiving aid.
• The CE-55 is scheduled for June 20, 2023, and the CoP-31 is scheduled for June 21-22, 2023, both taking place in Panama City, Panama.
