Informe de la Dirección Ejecutiva Promoción y cooperación mundial

This report from the Executive Directorate of the Inter-American Institute for Global Change Research (IAI) details activities and strategic partnerships undertaken between sessions to increase the institute's visibility and influence within international climate and biodiversity frameworks. • The IAI co-edited and published "The Lima Declaration on Biodiversity and Climate Change: Contributions from Science to Policy for Sustainable Development" with the CBD Secretariat, providing data and recommendations for policies regarding climate change impacts on biodiversity.
• The Executive Directorate signed Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) with Tierra Futura and the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES), and prepared cooperation agreements with the Amazon Cooperation Treaty Organization (OTCA) and the International Network of Climate Change Centres of Excellence and Knowledge Hubs for Capacity Building (INCCCETT 4 CB).
