The IAI Executive Council approved the funding of 22 proposals totaling US$ 612,701 under the second round of the Small Grants Programme (SGP II) and established strategies to increase member country engagement. Key decisions include requesting national research priorities on global change from member states, prioritizing visits to countries with pending contributions, and planning the 10th anniversary celebration of the Montevideo Agreement for the next Conference of the Parties (CoP).
