• The WMO and IAI have established a collaborative relationship since 2022, characterized by joint activities including a memorandum of understanding signed on March 6, 2023, the co-publication of a 2024 compendium on health, environment, and climate in Latin America and the Caribbean, and the organization of workshops on drought management and El Niño impacts.
