Consulta y cartografía ciudadana sobre áreas verdes y su papel en la salud pública: Calor extremo en la Ciudad de México

• There are significant territorial inequalities regarding green infrastructure; Iztapalapa has a considerably lower index of green areas per inhabitant compared to Benito Juárez.
• Although green areas are viewed as essential for thermal buffering, their utility is hindered by distance from homes, lack of maintenance, and insecurity.
• Coordination between the environmental and health sectors is currently limited and reactive, lacking preventive integration based on territorial evidence.
