Terms of Reference Programme, Intern Global South Talent Pool Position: Programme Intern

This document outlines the Terms of Reference for a home-based Programme Intern position within the Global Resilience Partnership (GRP) Secretariat, as part of the Global South Talent Pool (GSTP) initiative.

• The Programme Intern position is a full-time, home-based role starting August 1, 2024, for a duration of 5 months, including a one-month probation period. The role offers a monthly compensation of 800 USD, which includes 50 USD to cover the use of the intern's own laptop and internet connection.
• The intern will support the GRP's Resilience Evidence Coalition and the Women and Youth Scaling Engagement in Resilience (WYSER) Leaders programme. Primary responsibilities include curating resilience resources for the Resilience Platform, drafting email updates, and conducting research and interviews to assess the need for a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on climate resilience leadership for young leaders.
• Eligibility criteria for the position require candidates to be under 35 years old, hold a degree in a relevant discipline, and have 0-3 years of experience. Additionally, candidates must be nationals of a country eligible for Official Development Assistance as defined by the OECD-DAC.
