Solidaridad Internacionalista con las/os migrantes en Estados Unidos

Friends of the Earth International (ATI) denounces the violence and racial profiling carried out by US agencies including ICE, CBP, and DHS, specifically highlighting 38 known deaths in ICE custody since 2025. The statement argues that border militarization and surveillance perpetuate racism and xenophobia, while asserting that migration is a necessary form of adaptation to climate collapse. ATI demands an end to the Trump administration's policies and calls for the abolition of ICE and the establishment of safe, dignified migration pathways.

• US immigration and security agencies, specifically ICE, CBP, and DHS, are accused of systemic violence, racial profiling, and medical negligence, resulting in 38 known deaths in ICE custody since 2025.
• Border surveillance and police militarism are identified as drivers of racism and xenophobia, disproportionately affecting Black and racialized populations and eroding human rights globally.
• Detainees in ICE facilities reportedly lack basic human rights, including adequate access to food, water, medication, and sanitary facilities.
• Migration is framed as a natural human adaptation to climate collapse and environmental, political, or economic uncertainty caused by imperial powers and transnational corporations.
