FY 08 Appropriations for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency: Full House and Senate Committee Vote for Increase in EE/RE Funding

The House and Senate both proposed significantly higher funding for DOE Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EE/RE) programs for FY 2008 than the Administration's request.
