Support for Select Federal Programs that Address Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation

EESI urges the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Appropriations to provide at least level funding for key Department of Energy (DOE) programs in FY2021. The testimony highlights the importance of the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) in achieving net-zero energy homes and reducing greenhouse gas emissions through research, development, demonstration, and deployment (RDD&D).
