• The bill proposes a regulatory deferral, prohibiting the EPA Administrator from taking final action on certain national emission standards for electric generating units until at least six months after the Committee submits its final report.
• The bill authorizes appropriations for fiscal year 2012, allocating $3,000,000 to the Department of Commerce and $500,000 to the Environmental Protection Agency.
