Sinkronisasi Melalui RPJM Desa

• Synchronization occurs primarily through two planning documents: the Village Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJM Desa), where the alignment of district/city development policy directions takes place, and the Village Government Work Plan (RKP Desa), which involves an annual review of the RPJM Desa and current regional policies.
• Regional governments can enhance synchronization by developing technical guidelines that include detailed regional development policy directions, a 'negative list' of activities that cannot be funded by Village Funds, and integrated guidelines for RKP Desa and APBDes preparation.
• As an example of local implementation, the Regent of Berau issued a circular in 2016 for the 2017 technical guidelines that prohibited using Village Funds for specific items, including the construction/maintenance of village government facilities (such as the Village Head's Office), religious facilities, social assistance/grants unrelated to business groups, national/religious holiday celebrations, prizes, and certain operational costs like office stationery or travel expenses not linked to development and empowerment.
