• For rural properties larger than 4 fiscal modules, the regularization process begins with the identification of the property via a georeferenced map and registration in the Rural Environmental Registry (CAR).
• The regularization of consolidated areas in Permanent Preservation Areas (APP) and Legal Reserves (RL) depends on whether they were consolidated before specific dates: July 22, 2008, for both APP and RL, and May 28, 2012, for certain restricted use areas.
• Legal Reserve (RL) regularization can be achieved through several methods: natural regeneration, planting native species, compensation with an equivalent area in the same biome, leasing environmental easements, or donating areas to public conservation units. Additionally, the Environmental Reserve Quote (CRA) allows for the registration of equivalent and surplus areas on another rural property.
