Green Bond Fact Sheet

This fact sheet details a CNY 3 billion (USD 441.6 million) green asset-backed security (ABS) issued by Guangzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd. on January 24, 2019, to fund rail transit projects and manage corporate liabilities.

• The issuer appointed iGreenBank to provide a Second Party Opinion. Environmental benefits and the use of proceeds are to be disclosed annually by April 30th on websites approved by the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII).
