• The licence sets specific maximum release rates for pollutants from the boiler stacks. For the East Flue Stack (Units 1-5), PM limits are 100 mg/Nm³ by 1 April 2015 and 50 mg/Nm³ by 1 April 2020, while SO2 limits are 3500 mg/Nm³ by 1 April 2015 and 2600 mg/Nm³ by 1 April 2020. For the West Flue Stack (Units 6-9), NOX limits are 1300 mg/Nm³ by 1 April 2015 and 750 mg/Nm³ by 1 April 2020.
• The Licence Holder is required to install continuous emission monitoring equipment for PM, SO2, and NOX on all units by 01 June 2015.
• The Licence Holder must submit an Emission Offset Programme to reduce PM pollution in the ambient or receiving environment by 31 March 2016.
