• Rico (E) Euripidou, the Environmental Health Campaign Manager of groundWork Trust, has authorized Michelle Koyama, Nicole Loser, or any other attorney at the Centre for Environmental Rights (CER) to serve as the organization's attorneys of record.
• The Centre for Environmental Rights (CER) is mandated to represent groundWork in appealing a decision to grant ArcelorMittal’s (AMSA) Vanderbijlpark facility an alternative limit or postponement of compliance time-frames concerning the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act 39 of 2004 Minimum Emissions Standards.
