• The Centre for Environmental Rights (CER) is authorized to represent VEJA in appealing a decision that granted the ArcelorMittal (AMSA) Vanderbaijlpark facility an alternative limit or postponement of compliance time-frames concerning the Minimum Emissions Standards of the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act 39 of 2004.
