• The CER requests that 'compliance roadmaps' submitted by Eskom be incorporated into the AELs to ensure future compliance with emission standards, provided the authorities do not impose stricter standards than those in the NAQO's postponement decisions.
• For seven specific power stations—Arnot, Camden, Duvha, Grootvlei, Hendrina, Komati, and Kriel—the CER requests that the AELs formally incorporate the decommissioning dates reflected in the postponement decisions.
