• The notice mandates that a fugitive emissions management plan be included in the Atmospheric Emission Licenses for any listed activities likely to generate such emissions.
• The document specifies that for the storage and handling of raw materials or products with a vapour pressure greater than 14kPa, a Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) program approved by the licensing authority had to be instituted by 01 January 2014.
