Southern voices on climate policy choices: analysis of and lessons learned from civil society advocacy on climate change

This report is the first joint product of the Southern Voices capacity building programme, featuring contributions from over 20 climate networks and their member organisations regarding their experiences with climate change advocacy.

• The report serves as a repository of lessons, advice, and recommendations from climate change advocates, incorporating policy analyses and case studies from various countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Pacific.
• Civil society has played a dual role since the start of international climate change negotiations by assisting governments in the creation of global agreements and monitoring their implementation.
