Berdintasuna eta aniztasuna BC3ren funtsezko balioak dira

The Basque Centre for Climate Change (BC3) has published an Equality Manifesto to establish an institutional commitment to eradicating harassment and violence and fostering a fairer work environment. This initiative follows a participatory process starting in 2019 to create an Equality Plan for 2020-2023 and the development of a protocol to prevent and address sexual, gender, and identity-based harassment.

• The Equality Manifesto, published in December 2020, aims to eliminate harassment and violence and express a commitment to equality in both the workplace and daily life.
• BC3 views gender equality and justice as essential prerequisites for achieving global social justice.
• Between 2019 and 2020, BC3 implemented a participatory process to produce an Equality Plan for the 2020-2023 period and developed a protocol to prevent and combat harassment based on sex, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
