This report details the achievements of the African Activists for Climate Justice (AACJ) project in Senegal, implemented by a consortium including Natural Justice, PACJA, Oxfam, AYC, and RECODEF. Funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the project (May 2021 – December 2025) aims to democratize climate change debates, influence public policy, and promote inter- and intra-generational climate justice through community participation and legal empowerment.

The 'Manuel sur l’action climatique' is a guide published by Natural Justice designed to strengthen climate resilience in Senegal through legal empowerment. It provides communities with a framework to understand climate change, identify their specific vulnerabilities, and utilize political and legal instruments to defend their rights and protect the environment.
