WWF LHSKT Trust Manual in terms of PAIA and POPIA

The WWF LHSKT Trust Manual is a guide for requesting access to records and managing personal information for the Leslie Hill Succulent Karoo Trust, in compliance with South Africa's Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) and Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

• Non-personal requesters must pay a request fee of R140.00 to access records. If the request is granted, additional fees apply for reproduction, search, and preparation, including R2.00 per A4 page for black and white photocopies and up to R145.00 per hour for search and preparation after the first hour.
• The Trust processes personal information for directors, trustees, service providers, consultants, contractors, and partners, including identifiers such as ID numbers, bank account details, and contact information.
• Personal information may be supplied to agents, financial institutions, suppliers, service providers, and government or regulatory bodies.
