在数字时代促进社会正义传播的原则

The document presents principles for social justice communication in the digital era, arguing that issues like climate change and poverty cannot be solved without effective communication. It advocates for a comprehensive approach to digital technology that supports dignity and justice, asserting that every individual has rights to communication infrastructure, inclusive governance, privacy, cultural identity, and sustainable energy sources to power digital media.

• Effective communication is presented as a prerequisite for solving a wide range of global issues, including climate change, poverty, racism, and indigenous rights.
• The document establishes several fundamental rights for individuals in the digital age, including the right to communicate and share knowledge, the right to participate in the information society (with specific consideration for marginalized groups), and the right to fair and just public communication.
• The principles advocate for digital rights regarding privacy, data control, and the preservation of cultural and linguistic identity, as well as the right to media literacy and communication skills.
