This document is the Personal Data Processing Policy of Transforma, detailing the rules, principles, and procedures the organization follows to collect and manage personal data in compliance with Colombian law.

• Transforma processes personal data in accordance with Colombian legislation, specifically Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015), and the Single Circular of the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce.
• The organization adheres to several core principles for data processing, including legality, purpose, freedom (requiring prior informed consent), veracity, transparency, restricted access, security, confidentiality, and demonstrated responsibility.
• Consent for data processing is obtained through various means, including written formats, digital consent via websites or apps, social media interactions, audio or video recordings, and other electronic or physical mechanisms.
• Transforma defines specific purposes for processing data based on the role of the data subject: employees (labor relations and social security), providers (contractual management and payment), clients (commercial relations and billing), beneficiaries, and event participants.
• Data subjects have the right to 'habeas data', which allows them to know, update, and rectify their personal data, request proof of authorization, be informed about data use, file complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce, and revoke authorization or request data deletion.
• The Executive Direction (Dirección Ejecutiva) is the area responsible for handling queries, petitions, and claims. Queries must be answered within 10 business days (extendable by 5), and claims must be resolved within 15 business days (extendable by 8).
• Sensitive data—which includes information on racial/ethnic origin, political orientation, religious/philosophical convictions, union membership, health, sexual life, and biometrics—is subject to stricter processing criteria, requiring explicit consent and reinforced security measures.
• The policy was originally effective on December 12, 2021, and was updated on March 28, 2025.
