• All organizational products, including documents, infographics, graphics, and databases, are shared under Creative Commons licenses and are open to the public, unless an explicit confidentiality agreement with a partner prevents this.
• Confidentiality is treated as an exception to the general rule of open information. Material is only classified as confidential based on explicit requests from partners or decisions by the Executive Team or Board of Directors, and such files must be clearly marked in the title and contain a seal within the content.
• Transforma employs specific mechanisms for transparency: 'active transparency' through inductions, an annual workshop, and a Knowledge Space for policies; and 'passive transparency' through internal regulations, a personal data protection policy, and a request form for public information.
